Understands that the contract under negotiation constitutes a commercial activity for the PROVIDER, that entering into the contract will result in an obligation, and that since the service is deemed consumed as soon as the data provided by the Provider is used, there is no right to withdraw from the service once it has been received and used. This Privacy & Personal Data Policy aims to provide information regarding the personal data collected, stored, processed, shared, and transferred by bilvio. All natural persons who visit the bilvio website or use any bilvio service are within the scope of this Privacy & Personal Data Policy.

Throughout this Privacy & Personal Data Policy, references to bilvio may be made using expressions such as “we” or “our company.” The official titles and contact information of bilvio companies are provided at the end of this policy.

The terms “personal data,” “personal information,” and “your information” are used interchangeably and cover all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (for example, name, email address, date of birth, identification number). We are aware of the importance of personal data for our customers and end users, and everyone within bilvio will make every effort to comply with this policy and to ensure the security of your personal data under all circumstances.

If you wish to become a customer benefiting from bilvio services, information identifying the type and identity of your business, contact details, descriptive and explanatory information and documents related to the business, bank details required for transferring payments, and records related to your use of bilvio products and services (IP address, web infrastructure used, etc.) will be obtained. Some or all of this information may contain personal data, and you must guarantee that you are authorized to share such personal data;
To provide a secure infrastructure for payments, we work with third parties. Introductory business information, contact details, and bank account information related to your business will be transferred to these third-party companies;
Additional information you provide to us when using optional services offered by bilvio or contacting bilvio is collected by bilvio;
Information obtained through cookies, tags, and other tracking mechanisms (such as details regarding your device, geographical location, and usage). 3. Use of Personal Data by bilvio and Legal Grounds

Personal data belonging to users is processed to enable relevant departments to carry out the necessary work and execute related business processes to provide users with the services offered by bilvio; to enable relevant departments to carry out the necessary work and execute related business processes for the conduct of commercial activities carried out by bilvio; to plan and execute bilvio’s commercial and/or business strategies; ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-business security of bilvio and individuals with whom bilvio has a business relationship; and planning and executing the necessary activities to customize the services offered by bilvio according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of the relevant individuals, and to recommend and promote these services to them, as well as the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Ensuring the confidentiality of our customers’ transactions and information security is among our primary principles. As Bilvio, we hold the PCI Data Security Standard Level 1 certification, the highest level of certification. Bilvio takes all kinds of technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security while conducting data processing activities.

Do not share your personal information in telephone calls or electronic correspondence where you are not sure of the identity of the other party.

Use Anti-virus and Anti-spyware programs. Ensure that up-to-date anti-virus software is installed on the computer you use for Bilvio online transactions.

Keep your operating system up-to-date to protect your computer against security vulnerabilities.

Check the reliability of emails before opening them. Do not open suspicious emails from unknown persons. Bilvio never requests sensitive information such as customer passwords or credit card numbers via email or phone.
